Our mission is to provide quality communication products and services to first responders, schools and businesses by first listening to and then meeting their needs.

Westcom was founded in 2000 by the partnership of Advanced Communications and West Penn Communications and has been headquarter in Lower Burrell, PA ever since. Prior to the partnership, Advanced Communications had been serving the communication needs of Western Pennsylvania since 1976.

 

Westcom has always been committed to our customers and their needs.  Customer satisfaction is always our primary focus and goal.  We firmly believe that our success has been a result of listening carefully to our customers' needs, treating each customer with personal friendly service, and paying careful attention to detail. 

 

Our customers range from Police, Fire and EMS Departments to schools, business and personal accounts.
